Black Tpu Powder

Black TPU Powder is a black functional powder based on thermoplastic polyurethane, mainly used to improve the abrasion resistance, elasticity and blackness of coatings, footwear materials, electronic components and other products.

High Abrasion Resistance
Made of 95A polyether-based TPU, suitable for high-friction applications.

High Elasticity and Low-Temperature Resistance
Elongation at break ≥450%, maintaining flexibility and non-brittleness at -30°C.

High Blackness
Particle size 20–60 μm, using high-blackness carbon black (blackness ≥245), resulting in more uniform film formation.

Strong Process Adaptability
Good flowability (density 0.36–0.55 g/cm³), suitable for various processes such as spraying, impregnation, hot pressing, and modified compounding.
