Printer TPU Powder is a high-adhesion TPU powder for DTF and heat transfer printing. It features strong adhesion, flexural strength, and yellowing resistance, making it suitable for mass printing production.

High Bond Strength
Using uniform particle size (75–200μm) and high melt flowability TPU allows the powder to deeply penetrate the fibers, improving bond strength.

Flexible and Resilient to Folding
Based on high-elasticity TPU (Shore hardness 85A), a tough film is formed after hot pressing.

Yellowing Resistance
Utilizing a UV-resistant formula, it is not prone to yellowing under long-term hot pressing or light exposure.

Good Powder Flowability
High granulation sphericity and low impurity content result in good flowability, reducing the risk of powder accumulation and machine blockage.
