Hot Melt TPU Powder is a hot melt adhesive powder based on thermoplastic polyurethane, mainly used for textile lamination, shoe material bonding, heat transfer printing and functional film manufacturing.

High Adhesion
The Hot Melt TPU Powder molecular chain contains polar amino ester bonds, enabling it to form a strong chemical bond with substrates such as nylon, polyester, and cotton.

Soft and Elastic
The film has a low elastic modulus and an elongation >300% after film formation.

Environmentally Friendly
The powder does not contain DMF, toluene, or other organic solvents, and its VOC emission is <0.1%, complying with REACH and RoHS environmental standards.
