Phenomenon:
Figure 1---For special temperature-intolerant fabrics such as nylon, a large amount of coating peels off in local areas after pressing, and the powder particles are relatively large
Figure 2---A large amount of coating peels off in local locations, and the powder particles are relatively small
Figure 3---Large format coating peeling
Possible causes in order:
① For Figure 1, it is because the fabric is not temperature resistant and sticks at high temperature, and the coating is sticked off after pressing
② For Figure 2, there are two possible reasons, one is that the suture is not flattened locally, and the other is that the membrane or cloth is damp
③ For Figure 3, it is the solution to the moisture of a large area of the film:
For the problem in Figure 1, it is recommended that the customer use low temperature hot melt adhesive powder and reduce the pressing temperature
For the problem in Figure 2, check the customer's pressing and ironing situation to see if there is any problem of unpressed equality; Suspected of moisture, you can change a roll of membrane to verify that it is not moisture
For the problem in Figure 3, pull the outer ring of the membrane off 5-10m before printing test
