Sharp pattern fracture problem

Phenomenon:
Sharp patterns, such as lines, sharp corners and other patterns, when peeling off, the pattern breaks or warps at the corners

Possible causes in order:
① The particles of hot melt adhesive powder are large, resulting in insufficient amount of powder sticking to sharp patterns
② Hot melt adhesive powder has impurities
③ The release force of heat transfer film is too large
④ Not on the same plane when pressing

Workaround:
Replace hot melt adhesive powder
Wait until the heat transfer film is cooled enough before tearing

It is related to the type of cloth, such as cloth with coarse texture, it needs to be pressed twice
