Mixed ink phenomenon

Phenomenon:
The topcoat is bumped and falls off, causing color ink and white ink to mix after printing
White patches on unprinted membrane surfaces

Possible causes in order:
① The hot transfer film was bruised by a hard object, causing the ink-absorbing layer to fall off.

Workaround:
Before opening the printing film, please handle it carefully to prevent bumps and collapse
Wrap the film roll carefully and wrap the outer with a soft protective layer

Avoid the membrane roll being damaged by external force
