Pattern anti-sticking

Phenomenon:
After printing and rewinding, the printed layer is adhered to the back of the film, which affects the integrity of the pattern
In severe cases, the whole pattern falls off

Possible causes in order:
① After the hot melt adhesive passes through the oven, the winding temperature is too high, resulting in adhesion
② The winding tension is too large, resulting in anti-sticking
③ Insufficient white ink output
④ White ink or hot melt adhesive is incompatible with film

Workaround:
Fans and air conditioners can be used to control workshop temperature to achieve cooling purposes
Reduce winding tension

Replace the hot melt adhesive powder and try printing again
