Phenomenon:
The hot transfer film fails to be hot stamped on the material in time after printing. After being put on hold for a period of time, oily liquid will appear on the surface of the hot transfer film, causing the pattern to appear as shown on the left;
Possible causes in order:
① The polyols in the ink absorb the moisture in the air, causing oil and water return.
② The oven length is not enough, and the baking is not thorough, causing the remaining solvent in the ink to regain moisture and absorb water
③ The exhaust pipe needs to be opened and kept unobstructed
Workaround:
Increase oven length and prolong baking time
Check the exhaust pipe to see if there is no blockage or folding to ensure smooth exhaust
White ink heat transfer machine operates in a dry environment
Replace quick-drying or glycerin-free ink
Store the heat transfer film in a dry environment to prevent moisture
