Sticky powder-film surface flaky sticky powder

Phenomenon:

The possible reasons for the appearance of flaky sticky powder in the blank area of the film surface are as follows:

① The film is not sealed and stored, resulting in moisture

② The hot melt adhesive powder is damp

Need to know:

Test whether the bare film is sticking to powder?

Has the hot melt adhesive powder been replaced?

Is the hot melt adhesive powder damp? Workaround:

If the hot melt adhesive powder is damp, put the hot melt adhesive powder on the heating plate in front of the powder shaker and bake for 30min, or sieve the hot melt adhesive powder again with a mesh sieve

If the film is slightly damp, turn on the front, middle and back heating of the printer and adjust it to about 45 ℃

Pull off the outer ring of the damp film 3-10m, and print again
