Possible causes in order:

① Static electricity problem, the machine generates static electricity, and the membrane itself has static electricity

Need to know:

Check whether the printer is grounded

Has the ink batch or brand been changed recently

Whether the front heating plate is turned on and whether the temperature is high enough to be raised to about 85 °C. Solution:

Please use it on white fabric

The temperature of printing workshop should be controlled above 20 ℃, and the relative humidity should be 40-70% RH

The temperature of the heating plate in front of the powder shaker is controlled at 75 ℃-85 ℃

Lay aluminum foil paper on the heating plate in front of the powder shaker (as shown in the left picture) to prevent the film surface from arching
